Do I need a Business Associates Agreement with Kandji?
Kandji does not store or manage PHI/PII (Personally Identifiable Information/Protected Health Information). Therefore, we do not qualify as a covered entity for HIPAA compliance. Additionally, a BAA (Business Associates Agreement) is not needed.
