Configure the Lock Screen Message Library Item

What is a Lock Screen Message?

A lock screen message is a customizable text that appears on an iPhone or iPad's lock screen. It can be used to display personal or organizational details, add a custom note or reminder, or provide contact information in case a lost device is found. In Kandji, the Lock Screen Message Library Item lets you set a tailored message for your devices—whether it's a company identifier or an "If found, contact …" note. This feature helps ensure your devices are clearly identified, making it easier for employees or anyone who finds them to know who they belong to.
