Learn how to submit diagnostic data from a Mac to Kandji
During advanced troubleshooting, the inspection of more detailed computer data may be necessary. Submitting diagnostics to Kandji will allow the support team to assist you better by having all available information about a specific device. This information includes logs, operating system version, and other relevant Kandji agent data, without infringing on user privacy.
To submit diagnostics for evaluation, an end user should follow these steps:
- Select the Kandji icon from the menu bar.
- Choose the settings gear.
- Select Submit Diagnostics. Optionally, add comments describing your support case.
- Click Submit.
Note: If the Kandji menu bar icon is hidden, it can be re-opened from the Kandji Self Service application.
